Data Management Workflow
The Data management workflow at Rohitah is quite robust and mainly divided into following parts to ensure cost effective time bound quality results:
Ø Project Initiation: Budget Planning, Listing of activities and a tentative timeline for completion of the project etc.
Ø Exploring the Tool: Thoroughly analyzing the data entry tool with the clients and inspecting the flow of questions considering the limitation of specific software package etc
Ø Software Development: Development of the data Entry Software with proper range/validity checks, consistency checks, and testing with dummy data etc.
Ø Training: Selection of Data Entry Operators based on the type of skills required to specific project and providing exhaustive Training to Supervisor and Data Entry Operators (DEO).
Ø Receiving and Editing of Data: Coordination with client Office for receiving of data and office Editing,
Ø Setting the environment: Operator, Supervisor, and Server machines setup. Laying down the procedural rules and regulations as per the need of the project.
Ø Data Entry and supervision: Data distribution and collection mechanism from Data Entry operators, Data backup, Quality checks, report generation and communication with clients.
Ø Concluding Tasks: Final compilation of data, exporting of Data and all closer activities related to the Project.
